Project Manager / Delivery Manager - IT/Systems/ERP

A leading organisation in the environmental services sector is seeking a skilled Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join its expanding delivery function.

With a strong background in Project Management and expertise in Systems, IT, and/or Finance projects, preferably with experience in ERP systems, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects and business change initiatives.

  • Develop and implement integrated project plans, highlighting dependencies and managing project level risks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to effectively identify, manage, and deliver IT, Systems, and Finance projects on time, in budget, and to scope.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and changes in project scope, costs, and timing within agreed governance and change control processes.
  • Develop business cases, considering opportunities, potential risks, and identifying processes and resources required.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to set resource demand and ensure sufficient allocation.

As a key member of the delivery team, you will be responsible for defining communications plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, and working with stakeholders to ensure projects are viable and of the desired quality and scope.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire, embrace change, and support others with their development.
  • Strong decision-making skills, understanding of risk, and influencing others.
