Morson Talent is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Rollestone, Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for a UK-wide security virtualized infrastructure
  • Maintain current equipment and implement new technologies to ensure smooth operations
  • Design and implement upgrades and enhancements to existing systems
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and communication
  • Engage with I.T provider stakeholders and customer test teams to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain build processes and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Work on project-specific equipment within the infrastructure to meet business needs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Windows 2012R2 / Windows 2016 management and support skills
  • Windows Failover Cluster Administration expertise
  • Microsoft Domain Management and Troubleshooting skills
  • Cisco ASA Firewall and Network Switches knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in challenging technical environments

Desirable Technologies:

  • HPE Network Switches
  • HPE DL 380 Series servers
  • iSCSI SAN Storage
  • SCCM
  • SCOM
  • Microsoft PKI
  • PowerShell scripting

Working Arrangements:

  • Role based in Rollestone with occasional travel required
  • Flexible work arrangements available after initial training
  • Work hours include occasional overtime
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
