About Youth Futures Foundation
Youth Futures Foundation serves as the What Works Centre dedicated to youth employment, aiming to tackle the notable disparities in job opportunities for marginalized youth. Our mission is to ensure that every young individual has access to and can maintain quality employment.
Role Overview
The Senior Economist / Evidence and Evaluation Manager will be an integral part of our Impact and Evidence directorate, positioned at the core of Youth Futures Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be pivotal in our goal to establish the most extensive collection of credible evidence and evaluations regarding effective strategies for aiding young people in securing quality jobs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Heads of Evaluation, Deputy Director, and Director to ensure that all investments made by Youth Futures are structured to yield reliable evidence of effective practices.
- Assisting in the formulation of new impact evaluations, overseeing their commissioning, and managing the evaluation processes.
Impact and Contribution
Your expertise will contribute significantly to driving evidence-based changes in policy and enhancing practices among employers and service providers. By connecting and empowering those involved in commissioning and delivering youth employment services, you will help facilitate meaningful change.
