Key Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include:

  • Conducting both scheduled and on-demand maintenance on a mobile or stationary basis.
  • Reporting issues to the helpdesk and consulting with the contract manager when necessary.
  • Preparing detailed quotes with well-researched methodologies, including accurate parts and labor estimates to ensure profitability, cost management, and client satisfaction.
  • Upholding the company's reputation by ensuring a positive portrayal at all times and performing any other reasonable tasks required to meet the business's ethical and legal obligations.
  • Communicating and coordinating with clients and the helpdesk effectively.
  • Ensuring that equipment, tools, parts, and company assets are maintained and cared for appropriately.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • Legionella Awareness & Practical Legionella Training
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • PASMA Mobile Access Towers for Users
  • IPAF 9dual Mobile Vertical (3a + 3b) Mobile Boom - Operator
  • Strong basic written and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to travel with a valid UK driving license
