Role OverviewAs a Finance Business Partner at JSS Search, you will play a critical role in guiding financial decisions and driving business performance. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide expert guidance on financial management, ensuring strategic alignment and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide expert guidance on financial management, ensuring strategic alignment and financial integrity.
- Financial and Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial and data analysis, delivering clear and actionable information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Oversee the annual forecasting and monthly budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Profitability and Investment Appraisal: Perform detailed profitability appraisals, investment appraisals, and cost-benefit analyses to support informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Business partnering experience is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
