We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Reception/Guest Services Team Leader at Compass Group UK & Ireland. This position is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The successful candidates will oversee multiple Reception/Guest Services Team Leaders and Senior Front of House Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service by welcoming guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee daily operations of guest services, including reception and meeting room management, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery to guarantee excellence and consistency.
- Build and nurture effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, coordinating with relevant departments and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in performance evaluations, implement Personal Development Plans, and manage staff rotas, including cover arrangements.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members, promoting a collaborative team culture.
