About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Reception/Guest Services Team Leader at Compass Group UK & Ireland. This position is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The successful candidates will oversee multiple Reception/Guest Services Team Leaders and Senior Front of House Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding client service by welcoming guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee daily operations of guest services, including reception and meeting room management, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery to guarantee excellence and consistency.
  • Build and nurture effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints, coordinating with relevant departments and escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist in performance evaluations, implement Personal Development Plans, and manage staff rotas, including cover arrangements.
