Job Title: Roadshow Coordinator - Investment Banking

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roadshow Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of events, including deal roadshows, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, and closing events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full roadshow process, including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, invitations, and presentation printing.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers, product lines, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ensure timely shipping of roadshow presentations to the location/venue and provide on-site event management when necessary.
  • Control budgets and handle the re-invoicing process efficiently.
  • Organise schedules for individual and group meetings, including all necessary logistics.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across all regions regularly, offering a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Adapt to changes in the roadshow sector, particularly regarding virtual event planning using platforms like Webex or Netroadshows.
Requirements:
  • Experience in roadshow / event coordination would be ideal.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence in dealing with Senior Management.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
  • Multicultural sensitivity and a focus on global goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Windows, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of virtual event organising solutions.
