Job Title: Lead Digital Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced digital designer to lead our creative team in producing engaging, compelling, and successful campaigns across various social and digital channels. As a Lead Digital Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our marketing team to bring creative design solutions to life, perfectly aligned with campaign goals.
  • Upholding and evolving our brand style and consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Crafting eye-catching digital films, creative animations, and providing a range of design skills for both digital and static channels.
  • Staying ahead on creative trends and digital design opportunities to boost campaign effectiveness.
  • Managing multiple projects from concept to completion with unflappable poise and patience.
About You

We're looking for a creative and experienced professional with a solid background in digital design, filming, and animation graphics. You'll have a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, and also InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You'll be able to work efficiently under pressure, adapt to changing project requirements, and communicate effectively within a creative team environment.
