Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our United Living Infrastructure Services team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, ensuring that site management meets client requirements while maintaining company standards in health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Management
- Maintain site standards and assist in risk assessment and accident investigation.
- Construction Activities Management
- Work according to schedule.
- Ensure workmanship standards are upheld.
- Problem-solving.
- Cost Control
- Manage manpower, materials, plant, and vehicles.
- Monitor and control damages and thefts.
- Health & Safety Manager Collaboration
- Improve standards through joint site inspections.
- Deal with improvement notices.
- Work with Water Operatives to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Planning Manager Collaboration
- Construction planning.
- Client Representatives Liaison
- Attend progress meetings.
- Day-to-day communication.
Requirements
- NRSWA (Supervisors).
- Water safety passports.
- Temporary Works Supervisor.
- Supervisory Management training.
- IOSH / SMSTS.
- Extensive experience in water projects.
- Full UK driving license.
Additional Information
Experience in larger Civil engineering projects, Shafts, Temporary Works.
