Job Title: Arabic Speaking Screening Interviewer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic Speaking Screening Interviewer to join our team at Red Snapper Recruitment | Public Safety. As a key member of our due diligence team, you will play a crucial role in conducting face-to-face and video-recorded screening interviews with clients in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct screening interviews in Arabic to identify potential risks and anomalies.
  • Review and summarize interview findings, highlighting key points and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure a thorough and efficient due diligence process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken, written, and reading) combined with good written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • IT literate, with experience using Teams, video communications systems, and database software.
  • Natural objectivity and impartiality, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
