Account Manager - North

At STABILA UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the North region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and presence in the market, including trade shows, social media, and customer engagement.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our key wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing a clear route to market and customer plan to drive sales growth.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to customers on our products, improving their knowledge and understanding of our offerings.
  • In-Store Experience: Work with customers to create an exceptional in-store experience, including ranging and point-of-sale solutions.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong understanding of commercial principles.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
