Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on occupational health matters to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement occupational health strategies to prevent work-related illnesses and injuries
  • Conduct health surveillance and screening programs to identify potential health risks
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement health promotion programs
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health
  • Proven experience in occupational health service delivery, including health surveillance and screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
