Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Service Engineer to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Gas Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch heating and plumbing services to our clients in South London, Surrey & the South Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing leaks in copper and plastic pipework, and waste pipes
- Installing and repairing radiators
- Managing hot and cold water systems
- Working with unvented hot water systems
- Performing 1st and 2nd fix installations for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems
- Conducting power flushing
- Handling boiler breakdowns, installations, and servicing
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license (up to 3 points acceptable)
- ACS qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Unvented G3 qualification (desirable)
- CSCS Skilled Trade Card (desirable)
- Asbestos awareness certification
- 3 years breakdown experience (on your own)
- Clean DBS (dependent on severity)
- Valid DBS certificate
- Two references from previous employers
