A highly sought-after role with a leading consultancy in the UK, specializing in fraud investigations, litigations, disputes, and financial crime. This position sits within the Forensics team, working on fraud detection strategies, prevention, and mitigation.

The Role

  • Developing and implementing fraud detection strategies to prevent and mitigate financial crime
  • Analyzing APP scam and fraud attacks, providing recommendations and actions to mitigate risk
  • Providing expert insight and input to clients on money mules, third-party fraud, APP scams, and wider fraudulent incidents
  • Conducting risk assessments for new services and products to identify and mitigate fraud risk


Your Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in fraud systems and controls, with expertise in preventing fraud and APP scams
  • Prior experience in developing fraud detection and mitigation strategies
  • Experience in fraud detection systems such as BioCatch, FeatureSpace, Falcon, etc.
  • Essential to have had experience using SQL
  • Desirable to have Python experience or exposure
