Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a crucial role in a leading manufacturing organization, focusing on advanced hydraulic systems. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £36,000 annually, with opportunities for overtime compensation at enhanced rates.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, totaling 41.5 hours per week, with early finishes on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and maintain specialized machinery and equipment.
2. Collaborate with clients in highly regulated sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, and Marine.
3. Participate in training programs designed to fast-track your career progression into senior engineering roles.
