About the Role:
The Senior Experimentation Executive position at AJ Bell's London office involves driving the company's product agenda and enhancing the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business by focusing on improving conversation rates. The main responsibilities include optimizing user experience, boosting customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through conversion rate optimization strategies.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conversion Planning: Develop and execute a testing roadmap in collaboration with the Experimentation Manager to support business objectives.
- Conversion Delivery: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements and user journeys.
- Conversion Insight: Analyze test results and provide insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Experimentation Platform Expert: Become a platform superuser, staying informed on platform releases to enhance testing.
- Website Analytics: Monitor website performance using analytics tools and translate insights into recommendations.
- User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the digital experience and streamline user journeys.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to execute the testing roadmap.
- Third-party Relationship Management: Support experimentation agenda by delivering on tests and analyses.
- Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and executing conversion optimization tests.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and HTML.
- Familiarity with optimization tools and platforms, such as Webtrends Optimize.
- Experience with data analytics tools like GA4 and Crazy Egg.
- Understanding of UX & CX design principles.
- Ability to collaborate with web developers and proficiency in JavaScript and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced Excel skills and previous exposure to the financial services industry.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
