We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Lincoln. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, working closely with our estate agency business partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Work closely with estate agency business partners to generate leads and appointments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, delivering exceptional results for the business.

Requirements:

  • CEMAP or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 12 months of experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking.
  • Experience working in the estate agency sector is desirable, but not essential.
  • Demonstrable sales background and experience as a Mortgage Advisor is essential.
