About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our dynamic team at TECHOHANA. As a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementations and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Act as a Product Owner for Salesforce implementations, with a clear track record of successful project delivery.
  • Agile Methodology: Work within Agile teams, leading sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and C-level executives to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex business challenges and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the insurance sector, with proven experience in working on Salesforce solutions tailored to this industry.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience in acting as a Product Owner for Salesforce implementations, with familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Agile Methodology: Demonstrated experience in working within Agile teams and leading sprints.
