We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including technicians and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with contractual documents.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure adherence to company values and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
