Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including technicians and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with contractual documents.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company values and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
