Data Scout Opportunity

LONDON - IN-OFFICE REQUIREMENT

We are seeking a skilled Data Scout to enhance our client's foundational data practices, policies, and platforms. This role involves direct interaction and relationship-building with front office, technology teams, and key data consumers, serving as a content and subject-matter expert.

About the Company

Our client is an investment management firm based in the UK, authorised and regulated by the FCA. They operate globally, with offices globally and over 200 employees. They focus on delivering consistent long-term returns for their investors, working within a well-defined risk framework.

The Role

The Data Scout will steer stakeholders towards the added value of enhanced data capabilities, with exposure to a wide variety of data types used in alpha-generation across multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will have experience in data practices, policies, and platforms, with a strong understanding of data types and their applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data practices, policies, and platforms
  • Collaborate with front office, technology teams, and key data consumers
