As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating new project orders and variations, ensuring timely processing and invoicing to meet forecasted installation targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all new orders for project installations, including creating contract files and warranty contracts.
  • Order and dispatch equipment, raise sub-contract orders, and manage invoicing, including payment applications, proforma, and full/part invoicing.
  • Manage invoicing disputes and perform monthly finance reconciliation.
  • Maintain a high level of customer focus and be flexible to undertake other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Highly process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and numeracy.
  • Excellent administration ability and strong Excel skills, with confidence in formatting and exporting data.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
