About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Architect to join our team at Lofthouse Group. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of luxury healthcare clinic projects.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare architecture, with experience working on high-end projects in the UK. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of luxury healthcare clinic projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare architecture
What We Offer

  • Salary: £43,000 - £52,000 per annum

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Project Architect or Senior Architect in a UK-based architectural practice
  • Experience working on high-end healthcare clinics, high-end retail, high-end workplace or projects with elements that are transferable to the high-end commercial project sector
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
