Job Title: Curriculum Director

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Director to lead our construction education team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and education, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality curriculum programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of curriculum programs in construction education
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and quality
  • Manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver curriculum programs
  • Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or construction management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality curriculum programs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
