Lead Associate Dentist Opportunity

Are you a motivated and experienced dentist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Associate Dentist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners.

About the Role

As a Lead Associate Dentist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians and supporting the practice manager in the day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality dental care
  • Support the practice manager in the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of the practice's business plan
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior clinicians
