About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a patient-centred charity that delivers palliative and end-of-life care to those with advanced life-limiting illnesses in Northwest Surrey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a successful trusts fundraising strategy to deliver against targets.
- Manage budgets, phasing, and reforecasting to ensure effective financial planning.
- Ensure best practice in fundraising, knowledge of legislation, and compliance.
- Conduct thorough prospect research to establish and maintain a strong corporate pipeline.
- Produce high-quality proposals, reports, and correspondence to inspire generous support and high-value gifts from trusts and grants.
- Meet deadlines and targets in a results-driven environment.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Plan, manage, monitor, and report financial and activity information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of IT literacy.
- Good working knowledge of fundraising best practice and relevant legislation.
