About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Rehire team at GAP Group Limited. This role will be instrumental in optimizing business transactions between customers and GAP Group, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all operations.

Based in our Head Office, the Rehire Service Delivery & Supply Chain Manager will focus on maximizing value and minimizing risk within GAP Group's supply chain network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Track and analyze GAP Group's overall supplier spend, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in supply chain management within a similar industry.

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a deep understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
