Project Co-ordinator Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Project Co-ordinator to join their team on a contractual basis. As a Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with end users and stakeholders to manage and execute user migrations and transitions. You will determine user application readiness (UAR) to identify users ready for promotion to the new system. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with end users and stakeholders to manage and execute user migrations and transitions.
  • Determine user application readiness (UAR) to identify users ready for promotion to the new system.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project co-ordination.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using SharePoint for project tracking.
  • Ability to work with technical and business teams across all levels of seniority.
Working Environment:

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, engaging with both technical and business teams across all levels of seniority. This role does not require prior banking experience but demands a background in infrastructure, application domains, and support.

Job Type:

This is a contract position until December 2025 with the view to extend afterwards.

Work Site:

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days on-site in Chester.

£300.00 - £400.00 per day
