Job Title: Head of Academics

EdEx – Education Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Academics to join our team. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives that align with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement academic programs and initiatives that align with our company's mission and values.
  • Lead a team of academic professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of academic programs with other company initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for academic programs and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful academic programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
