Job Title: Workshop Technician

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team at Working Solutions Mercia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing our 3D printing operations, coordinating workshop activities, and assisting in the assembly of prototypes.

About the Role:
  • Oversee 3D printing operations and ensure the availability of printing supplies
  • Coordinate day-to-day workshop activities to improve efficiency
  • Assist in the assembly of prototypes and support project builds
  • Collaborate with engineers on mechanical and electronic design aspects
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient workshop environment
About You:
  • You have an engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or a degree) and a practical mindset
  • You enjoy tinkering and working on hobbies that enhance your technical skill set
  • You are IT literate and eager to learn new skills such as CAD design
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills
