Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist II to join our team at T.D. Williamson. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced data models and machine learning algorithms to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and develop complex data models and machine learning algorithms using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with machine learning, data modeling, and data visualization
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Science or related field
  • Experience with In-Line Inspection technologies such as Magnetic Flux Leakage, Geometric tools, Mapping (Inertial Navigation Systems), EMAT, or other applicable technologies
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
