We are seeking an experienced Senior Estates Project Manager to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, project managing, and delivering Trust capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client engagement in delivering projects
  • Developing feasibility studies and project briefs
  • Managing departmental project staff and external professional consultants
  • Liaising with statutory authorities on projects and property management
  • Leading on the provision of a comprehensive property management service for the Trust
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in Building Surveying, Engineering, or a construction-related discipline
  • Chartered Member of a relevant building or engineering professional institution
  • Postgraduate construction/property management knowledge gained through training and experience
  • Recognised Project Management qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar role within an Estates or Facilities team
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams, operational budgets, and multiple construction or refurbishment projects
