Position: Operations Administrator

Location: Leeds / Hybrid - Office Presence Required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

As an Operations Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient processing and delivery of sales orders, aligning with the expectations of our clients. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our retail partners and internal teams while managing various administrative functions. This role involves close collaboration with freight and third-party logistics providers, as well as direct interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the fulfillment of sales orders from diverse customers, ensuring accurate receipt of deliveries from suppliers.
  • Maintain synchronized inventory records between SharkNinja and 3PL logistics providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Accounts, and Sales teams, as well as external partners.
  • Process Purchase Orders efficiently.
  • Track and report on order status, ensuring timely updates.
  • Validate pricing and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules through client central booking.
  • Manage the order fulfillment process from initiation to completion.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the system.
  • Ensure client requirements are met from an operational standpoint.
  • Monitor and coordinate supply chain operations effectively.
  • Facilitate communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers.
  • Plan and track shipments according to client specifications.
  • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Ensure efficient shipping of products between locations.
  • Proactively address potential delays or quality concerns.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in administration or logistics is preferred, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.
