About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to work with our partner schools in Slough. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of pupils, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups of pupils and providing individualized support as needed
  • Providing intervention support to pupils who require additional help, including those with special educational needs
  • Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons, including preparing materials and resources
Requirements
  • Some experience working in a school or educational setting
  • A passion for education and a commitment to improving pupil outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other support staff
  • A level 2 or 3 support staff qualification, or equivalent experience
