We are seeking an experienced Software Safety Assurance Engineer to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will work with clients to develop and deliver safety-critical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software safety assurance strategies and plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety-critical systems meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety cases and safety plans
  • Engage with clients to understand their safety requirements and provide guidance on safety-critical systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software safety assurance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate safety risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • UK national, capable of gaining SC clearance
