About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Realise. As a key member of our Adult Education team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our training programs across the Liverpool City Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of Tutors and Learner Engagement Coordinators to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to manage capacity and capabilities within the team.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure the sector and business achieve their objectives.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and appraisals with team members to ensure consistent and effective management.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Recruit, induct, manage, and develop colleagues to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Ensure excellent quality standards by providing a great experience for learners, employees, and colleagues.
  • Work closely with our quality team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Provide and promote excellent customer service with internal and external customers.

About You

  • Experience in a management role within a further education setting
  • Experience in managing a team of tutors
  • Demonstrable experience of developing your sector
  • Ability to support and initiate change as required
  • Must have a driving license and own mode of transport
  • Ability to improve work practices and processes to suit business needs
