JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading national firm in Northampton. As a prominent figure in the Conveyancing Team, you will run your own case load of quality transactions for household name clients and supervise 2-3 paralegals.
About the Role
This is a senior role that requires an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership sales and purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of quality transactions for household name clients
- Supervise 2-3 paralegals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice
