Head Waiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our prestigious team at Clontarf Castle Hotel in Dublin. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

• Lead the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
• Maximize sales and revenue in the F&B outlets by upselling and promoting our menu offerings.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures are adhered to.

• Previous experience working in a busy fine-dining hotel F&B outlet is essential.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
• Strong Customer Focus is essential.
• Self-motivated and task-orientated.
