As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a prerequisite. All new hires participate in a comprehensive two to three-day orientation, either online or at our training facility. From supplier-led training sessions to hands-on product testing, we ensure you are well-prepared to offer informed recommendations.
Our Sales Associates are expected to work flexibly during our operational hours, which generally include weekends. Our stores typically operate seven days a week, with varying hours based on local demand.
