Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied and complex caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with clients and providing expert legal advice.
  • Handle a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and advise clients on risks and opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction management.
