Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our Southern Construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be engaged with the Commercial team, focusing on a significant project.

Your daily tasks will include:
  • Delivering commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, ensuring business objectives and KPIs are surpassed.
  • Preparing monthly cost value reports for your area, along with analyzing results and identifying trends with other contract team members.
  • Generating commercial reports and reviewing outcomes while considering trends with other contract team members.
  • Conducting physical measurements of works and reaching agreements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Managing the certification and payment processes for subcontractor accounts, monitoring these against forecasts.

Candidate Profile:
This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is an excellent fit for you if you possess:
  • A Full UK Drivers Licence.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
