About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to lead our team in Farnham. As a key member of our law firm, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of commercial property matters, including real estate finance, sales and acquisitions, and landlord & tenant work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a small team of solicitors and provide guidance on complex commercial property matters
  • Handle all forms of property matters, including instruction to post-completion
  • Manage and advise on real estate finance, sales and acquisitions, and landlord & tenant work
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial property department
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law
  • Proven track record of handling complex commercial property matters
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
