Financial Planning Associate

MM Wealth LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Associate to join our team. As a Client-Facing Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Chartered Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client service and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and collate client information and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Collaborate with Chartered Financial Planners to develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies, meeting client needs and objectives.
- Undertake comparative research, including calculations and cashflow modeling, to inform client recommendations.
- Prepare suitability reports and recommendations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support, and maintaining effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development opportunities, attending networking events and seminars, and maintaining relationships with professional connections.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client service and business growth.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office systems, with experience in cashflow modeling and back-office systems a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure, maintaining a professional standard and positive attitude.
