Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) mobilization and improvement projects
  • Implement new CAFM modules and features
  • Design and implement complex CAFM-focused solutions
  • Collaborate with software vendors to manage implementations and upgrades
  • Develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Provide hands-on support for end-users
  • Deliver CAFM training to individuals and teams
  • Create analytical outputs using digital tools
  • Design and document CAFM-focused processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers
  • Provide FM-related CAFM knowledge to operational users
  • Support bid activities as required
  • Engage with the wider business to identify CAFM-related opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in implementing and administering CAFM systems, including Core CAFM, customer and supplier portals, and mobile solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL-based scripting
  • Detailed knowledge of core CAFM modules and features
  • Ability to create detailed analytical outputs
  • Excellent team working, communication, problem-solving, and customer care skills
  • Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to task management
  • Consultative skills
  • Advanced user in MS Microsoft packages
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Meet the client's security clearance minimum requirement
