Deputy Chef Manager
Location: Wellingborough
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Catering Manager to join our team at Quest Employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering management and be able to provide exceptional support to our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef Manager in the day-to-day operations of the catering department
- Supervise a team of catering staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a catering management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
