Mallory Pryce is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Legal and Compliance Administrator. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee safe operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Work closely with staff to communicate safety procedures and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Document Production: Create essential safety documents, such as Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), to support compliance efforts.
  • Training Oversight: Ensure all employees have the necessary qualifications and training to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Fire Safety Management: Oversee and implement fire safety protocols to protect employees and assets.
  • Standard Compliance: Lead efforts to maintain compliance with ISO standards, ensuring continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Maintain Certifications: Keep vital accreditations, such as Safe Contractor, SMAS, CHAS, and Constructionline, up to date to demonstrate compliance.
  • Insurance Management: Oversee commercial combined and fleet vehicle insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Fleet Management: Ensure all company vehicles are properly maintained, taxed, and MOT compliant to minimize risks.
