Position Overview

The role involves addressing the care and support requirements of individuals, assisting them in achieving optimal independence through both group activities and personalized support in various environments, including community settings and home care.

The successful candidate will be expected to uphold a high standard of service delivery, focusing on continuous enhancement for the benefit of both the service users and the organization.

This position is classified as regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. The selected individual will need to enroll in the PVG Scheme or complete a PVG Scheme update check. If the candidate has resided outside the UK for a continuous period of three months or more within the last five years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be necessary. It is the candidate's responsibility to provide this documentation. An official job offer and the start date will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of these pre-employment checks.

Additionally, this role requires a minimum of two references, with at least one reference coming from the current or most recent employer.
