Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Southwest London

Package: £55,000 - £65,000 plus package

Skilled Careers is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the new build residential sector. As a leading Main Contractor, we offer excellent career progression opportunities for our employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead a 50-unit residential scheme based in Southwest London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own projects, working closely with our new build team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control subcontract orders, accounts, and variation accounts in line with the main contract and subcontract database.
• Conduct post-tender internal and external pricing analysis/assessment for sign-off, ensuring that projects remain within budget.
• Identify and assess contract risks and opportunities to ensure pricing remains on budget without compromising Health and Safety.

Requirements:

• Experience working on RC Frame residential schemes.
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Ability to work within the Southwest London area.
