An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join the dynamic Sales team at MPI Limited.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Specialist to provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience. The Product Specialist will showcase the driving experience and highlight the vehicle's performance and features, while your responsibility will be to discuss the purchasing arrangements and ensure customer satisfaction with their selected vehicle.

Your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Understanding and adapting to customers' purchasing strategies and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives conducted by the Product Specialist.
  • Negotiating pricing and payment options, including advising customers on financing alternatives while adhering to company policies.
  • Following up on each delivery with a personal phone call to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster relationships and future business opportunities.
  • Planning and organizing your daily sales activities, such as contacting sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general inquiries) to generate new business.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service experience for our customers.
  • Actively participating in training and development opportunities to support the Group in achieving its goals and objectives.

  • Proficient in IT (PC, Microsoft applications, and web navigation), and holds a full UK driving license.

Working Hours, Benefits, and Rewards

Hours: 08.30 am to 5.30 pm, with weekends off on a rota basis.

Salary: Basic £20,000 per annum with OTE of £55,000 per annum.
