We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's main dealership in Gatwick. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor looking for a long-term role with a high-performing team.
About the RoleThis Service Advisor position involves dealing with customers who wish to book their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale, and what exactly will happen.
The role requires someone who can deal with high volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service. Our ideal candidate will have previous motor trade experience and a steady work history.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Find and advise on customer requirements, including cost and time scale
- Work with a busy dealership team to meet customer needs
- Have a strong understanding of motor trade principles and practices
- At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade or car dealership as a Service Advisor
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
