Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Content Manager to join our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth and management of our community, developing and implementing a community-centric communications strategy, and creating engaging social content to drive community growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth and management of our community across all paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Develop and implement a community-centric communications strategy in line with our brand strategy.
  • Create engaging social content to drive community growth, including briefing agencies and overseeing the management of channels.
  • Join the dots across consumer touch points, taking multiple brand narratives and pushing them out across different media touchpoints to show up in original ways.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to managing and growing community, using data to find opportunities to determine what content to produce and optimize its efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on performance attribution of community marketing activity to ensure accountability within the marketing plan and provide a clear, top-down perspective to forecast future spend allocation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community growth and management, social media content creation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong understanding of modern brands and how they show up in new and interesting ways.
  • Ability to piece together the media/narrative mechanics of a campaign across different channels.
  • Knowledge of social media intelligence and brand planning/tracking/measuring/reporting tools.
  • Passion for joining the dots across consumer touch points and creating work that effectively creates its own media.
  • Love for the outdoors in all its glory.
